All parties moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted summary judgment for TEC and ABCO, Inc. In a single point of error, Potts argues that the trial court erred in granting appellees summary judgment motion because TECs findings of fact did not support TECs decision. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
